There are lots of ways to increase your mind power, even NOW as you read this, you are increasing your mind power. Activities like reading, listening to music, or even playing video games can help you increase your mind power.
There is however a word of warning...
If you want to dramatically change your life for the better in new ways that you never thought possible, and do it with almost no effort on your part, then brainwave entrainment is the simplest and most beneficial way you can do that.
Now before you go out and look for brainwave entrainment, you must understand that this is an extremely powerful way of tapping into your own personal mind power. You may have heard of binaural beats. Although these sounds can be helpful, it really takes monaural and isochronic tones to achieve brainwave entrainment.
What is brainwave entrainment?
As you go throughout your day and your life, your brain is constantly going in and out of different states, associated with your brainwaves. Brainwave entrainment is designed to teach or train your brain how to go in and out of these states at will. It actually reorganizes your brain.
Doing this allows you to embark on amazing new ways of experiencing yourself, and the world. If you really want to know how to increase your mind power, then brainwave entrainment will allow you to do just that. You'll be able to reach these states of heightened awareness that would ordinarily take years of practicing meditation to achieve.
As you go throughout your life, know that YOU are 100% in control and master of your own mind... and your world.

How to use the powers of your subconscious mind
There are several things you need to know about how to use the power of your subconscious mind.
The first of those is that everyone uses the powers of their subconscious mind, even if they don't realize it.
Even you, right now as you read this are using the powers of your subconscious mind. It's the tool that allows you to walk and talk and chew gum at the same time.
If you're a clever multi-tasker like me, you might even be drinking some coffee or having a snack as you read this article.
Most people don't think about how they can use their mind to be, do, or have anything they want.
If you don't then whey aren't you?
Tiger Woods does it to be the best golfer in the world, and he does it with ease.
Did you ever notice that before?
Of course you did. You probably wondered how in the heck Tiger Woods can be so good at golfing, or Michael Jordan so good at basketball.
They can do it because they are the consciousness of what they do.
They are simply BEING instead of just doing. You can do whatever you want on a subconscious level. Pretty cool huh?
Well HOW do you do it? You might be asking....
It's very important to harness the powers of your subconscious mind all day long. One way you can do this is to think about what you want instead of what you don't want.
Here's an example. Right now I'm using the powers of my mind to make sure you're GLUED to every single word in this page!
Sounds easy because it is, but wait! There's another part of this formula that most people leave out.
You can't just think about what you want, that's just day dreaming. The next step is to take action based on intuition. Take inspired action on what to do to reach your goal.
Put your goals in front of you at night before you go to sleep. (this step is crucial)
Write your goals along with a story of how you will feel once you reach them. It's very important to have the emotion along with the story behind the goal. Write your goals as thought you have already achieved them.
Example: "I am so happy and grateful that I made $10,723 this month. Thank you for bringing me this money and locating the people that felt I deserved it. I am happy to serve them and to give my customers what they need."
Last but not least make sure your goals benefit other people, not just yourself. When your goals are bigger than you are, that's when the greater good of the universe just has to hand what you want over to you.

3 Psychological Triggers To Get What You Want
How to Get What You Want
This is an almost magical technique you can use when talking to someone about something you want them to do. It has been proven to work about 96% of the time as long as the other person is not pre-diposed to disliking you because of a past situation or event (and even if they have it still works amazingly well).
All you have to do is use the person's name at the beginning and the end of the request (that is the first trigger)
The second trigger is to tilt your head slightly and smile as you say their name.
Here is an example, "Hi Mike, (smile as you tilt your head slightly to one side) I wanted to talk to you real quick about a new software our company is making to help you increase your web site traffic by 34%. I know you're busy, but would you mind hearing a little more about it (smile and tilt your head slightly again) because it can really help you grow your business Mike?".
It doesn't seem like much, but it was developed by a team of leading negotiation psychologists. It works is because it bonds the person to you and helps you reach them on a more personal level.
It also helps you break through some of the natural resistance barriers people have when others ask them to do something they may not particularly want to do right away.
People love hearing the sound of their name. The tilting of the head and smiling are basic body language skills that will automatically make you more appealing to the person you're speaking to.
There is also a third trigger in the above example that is known to increase positive responses in people at least 63% of the time. Can you guess what it is?
The third trigger you can use to get what you want is the word "because". This simple little word can increase the results about 63% of the time according to psychologists.
